Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
What is borosilicate glass and why do you use it? - Purity.
Mizu bottles are made from superior-grade borosilicate glass. 
Borosilicate is often used in wineries and research labs due to its enhanced durability, food-safe composition and thermal shock & chemical leach resistance over ordinary glass. By design and make, borosilicate glass will never leave container tastes or leach chemicals into your water like some plastic and metal bottles do.

All of our stainless steel caps, borosilicate glass bottles, and natural crystals are unleaded, cadmium and BPA-free. Our drinking experience is designed to create encapsulate an ultra pure crystal elixir with a focus on health and aesthetic reusability.

How is the crystal attached to the bottom? - Stainless Steel.
The Crystals in our bottles are attached with a hygienic stainless steel fixture designed to be easy to clean by hand. The Crystal fixture can become detachable from the glass module for easy access to the crystal to charge separately or clean.

Are Crystal elixirs safe to drink? - Absolutely.
The selection of crystals used in Mizu bottles have been carefully curated for both their healing benefits and studied for food-safe quality. 
Why was I charged a different amount on my card... or seeing a different price at checkout? - We accept all currencies but the same price converts to USD at checkout.

My bottle is leaking, help!

‘Leaking’ may occur when your bottle has been overfilled, or if water has spilled down the side of the bottle when filling. First, make sure that the lid and base are properly screwed on to your bottle. After this has been checked, turn your bottle upside down and give it a little shake, to allow any water that may have collected around the base to escape.
